Artist Funding

The artist funding program of Initiative Musik is aimed at solo artists and bands who wish to establish a presence in the German and international music markets. Possible areas of support include composition and conception, production and recording, sound carrier production, videos and content production, promotion and marketing, and touring.

A diverse jury of twelve artists and experts from the music industry will decide on the project applications submitted. The jury members are appointed by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media and the shareholders of Initiative Musik.
