From Schönefeld Airport: Take the S9 S-Bahn line in the direction of “Westkreuz” to "S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße." Get off there and transfer to the S2 S-Bahn line in the direction of "Buch/Bernau" to the S-Bahn stop “Oranienburger Straße"

From Tegel Airport: Take the JetExpressBus TXL in the direction of “S + U Alexanderplatz” to the Hauptbahnhof. Get off there and board the 142 Bus (at the same stop) in the direction of “Ostbahnhof”. Get off at “Torstraße/Oranienburger Straße” (4 stations)
